For those who don’t have the bandwidth to effectively implement the ADP Workforce Now® modules themselves and ensure the platform is being utilized to its fullest potential.
Since 2011, I have been implementing ADP Workforce Now® modules. With a strong organizational ability, I am capable of executing the full spectrum of the implementation process from the initial analysis, to configuration and all the way through to training and process documentation. Having a background in Payroll, HR and Finance, helps me to understand the end-users' perspective and ensure my communication is tailored to each specific audience.
Implementation Services

STEP 1: During our initial call, I will ask a lot of questions about your current set up, your pain points and your objectives. This will help me draft up a proposal for you to review.
STEP 2: Once approved, I will get started by understanding your preferred communication style and getting acquainted with any necessary stakeholders.
STEP 3: I’ll conduct a full analysis, develop a project plan and review this with you (and/or your stakeholders), to ensure we are on the same page. This is also the time that I might identify other areas of work that we may not have discussed previously.
STEP 4: Here is where the fun starts. I will begin work, keeping you updated regularly on the project’s progress and addressing any issues that may arise along the way.
STEP 5: After the modules have been configured, I will create customized communication articles for your resource library. These are things like email templates, or flyers to use in new hire orientations. I will also create detailed, step-by-step procedure documents so everyone who uses the new system, will know how it works. If it’s included in your proposal, I can also conduct training with all necessary parties. This could be your HR Team, your managers, your employees or everyone!
STEP 6: Once all of the objectives have been achieved, I’ll turn control of the HRIS over to you and your team, and remain available for an additional 90 days to answer any lingering questions that may come up. This is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the project’s outcome.

Costs for the project will vary depending on the size and scope, but will be clearly outlined in the proposal. 50% of the overall cost will be due up front, and the remainder will be billed in milestone increments based on the different stages of the project. This payment schedule will also be outlined in the proposal for your convenience.

DO YOU COME ONSITE?
As a standard practice, I work remotely and will schedule check-in meetings via Zoom or Teams.
HOW WILL YOU KEEP ME UPDATED ON THE PROJECT?
I typically use Trello for my project-related activities, which you will have 24/7 access to. This will allow you to see the project status anytime you wish.

WHAT SOFTWARE DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH?
I am a superfan of ADP Workforce Now, but have also successfully managed data and developed processes using QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), OnPay, and NOVATime. I also have some experience with Concur and Great Plains as well. I have a natural ability to learn new software quickly and am always open to working with new technologies.
